"It's Tasting Time!"
Striaton City, the first stop on a beginning Pokemon trainer's journey through the Unova league. In this city lies the Striaton Gym, the first of 8, a very posh building with pillars on the outside and a glass topped roof. Unlike the others, however, there are three leaders instead of one. Depending on the starter Pokemon the challenger had chosen, they must do battle with either Cilan (left), Chili (right), or Cress (center). ...Or, if the trainer's got the guts, they can battle them all at once!
However, after losing a battle against Team Plasma's Shadow Triad, the trio started to rethink their battle style. Cilan in particular was shaken up the most, losing quite a bit of confidence in himself as a trainer for a while. The decision was made, and the Straiton Triplets decided to retire as Gym Leaders and develop their skills as individuals, rather than a team.
Though, they're not just Gym Leaders, the Gym is also a restaurant, and they work as the chefs and waiters. They're always happy to prepare a nice, hot meal for their customers. ...Or, for their 'special' customers, they prepare a equally special item on their menu, a fresh dish of one of their fellow Gym Leaders. So fresh, they're still alive and uncooked, for extra squirminess!
...And then there are times that their customers don't come back out...

Cilan
"Nothing personal... No hard feelings... Me and my Grass-type Pokémon will...um... We're gonna battle come what may."
Cilan's the happy, polite, yet somewhat shy one, and also the main chef. He is an A-class Pokémon Connoisseur who can see the compatibility between a Pokémon and its Trainer. He is said to have a lot of knowledge on Pokémon. He is also afraid of the paranormal which has made him a skeptic, preferring to find logical scientific explanations for everything, but when he can't find a logical explanation he is typically the first to flee.

Chili's the hot-headed, hot-blooded one, and also mainly serves the food that Cilan prepares. Always excited for a battle, he can be quite a tough opponent.

Cress is the elegant, classy one, and mainly serves the drinks. He's quite tricky to defeat, and can even turn a disadvantage into a strength.
