Legacies.

They are hopes and dreams from those before you, asking to be cherished, respected, and carried on. They can be almost burdensome to carry, but a source of pride and accomplishment throughout one's life if they manage to maintain the legacy and pass it on.

Stacy Wells is the third Wells family member to lead a chain of organic grocery stores called Sun Grazed Groceries, taking after her father who in turn had taken over from her grandfather. ( Both deceased. ) Under her college-educated business sense, she has managed to greatly expand the store's presense from the original 3 stores her father toted to an impressive 17 in the 6 years she has taken control. Sales through the roof from public awareness and advocacy of her company's outstanding focus on the employee and customer. High wages, great benefits, as cheap of prices as she can manage, even to the point of sacrificing paycuts to her own salary to help achieve these goals. Evil companies and CEOs beware the standard she sets!

And yet despite all of her success, she maintains a rigidly mundane and simple lifestyle. You won't find her in some massive mansion-like estate or lofty condo. She continues to reside in a town called Layton within the confines of a modest neighborhood and a daresay quaint house. Her life being consumed by eager work ethics leaving her childless but still happy, even as she starts to gradually approach later years of her 'youthful' life at the age of 37. The concept of becoming a 'cougar' of a woman just hasn't settled on her mindset yet. Not to imply that her work consumes all of her time. She delights in making time to socialize with friends, to get distracted from work every so often. Regardless of her love of business, it's healthy to get involved in something else every now and then!

All and all, an ordinary gal pacing herself through life just like eveyrone else. Anything could happen! C'est la vie!
