In all of Ponyville and perhaps all of Equestria, there is nopony who flaunts her money and influence around as shamelessly as Spoiled Rich, wife to Filthy Rich and mother of Diamond Tiara. She is mostly known for being the head of the Ponyville school board, which she runs just as shrewdly as her other practices, but her true talent--dictated by the beautiful diamond ring Cutie Mark she bears--is that she can determine the true value of anything just by looking at it, be it jewels, property, or even ponies...

Spoiled Rich's main job in Ponyville is as an appraiser of fine jewelry, due to her special talent. Clients come in, present her with their old jewelry, and let her determine how much it's worth, for a nominal fee, of course... What they usually aren't aware of is how truly greedy she is... Often times, she'll lie to her clients, claiming that something of great value isn't worth that much, then saying she could get rid of it if the customer gives her a little extra... Then, after she has the valuable item, she sells it herself to add to her own wealth, taking the customer's money and the money from the jewelry for her own...

Spoiled Rich has purchased property in many cities all across Equestria, including Ponyville, Fillydelphia, Trottingham, Hoofington, and Canterlot. She buys it up based on the property value, and who she can sucker into renting out the property so that she can have them on her leash... The payments and hidden fees are usually exorbitant, but Spoiled Rich's reputation keeps the customers from not paying their bills... Nopony wants to owe Spoiled Rich anything, especially money...

Should you find yourself in a situation where you do owe the self-proclaimed "Queen of Ponyville", you will find there is more than one way to pay her back, but usually the easiest way is also the less legal, and the less moral... Spoiled Rich is secretly head of the biggest underground sex trafficking ring in Equestria, and those that owe her and aren't willing to pay the usual way will most likely find themselves working the streets for her, or even forced into servitude at her lavish home... While in service to her, there's a chance they might learn her deepest, darkest secret... Spoiled Rich is one of a few ponies in Equestria that actually has a taste for meat...

Spoiled Rich is said to have more influence in Ponyville than even Mayor Mare and Princess Twilight combined, thanks to her massive wealth, but also possibly due to the fact that anypony that has ever tried to stand up to her or compete with her has turned up missing... Chances are, they may be closer to Spoiled Rich than you think... Anypony that enters Spoiled Rich's home and doesn't come back out is most likely clogging up her toilet and adding to her already-gorgeous figure, or perhaps much worse... Spoiled Rich could be considered a cannibal by the very definition of the word, but she's no barbarian and often prefers her meals properly cooked if not swallowed whole and raw. She takes great delight in doing this herself, probably the only task she doesn't prefer her servants doing for her... It's been rumored that Spoiled Rich is sometimes seen entering the basement of Sugarcube Corner with Pinkie Pie at her side... What they do down there is a mystery...

--PERMAVORE--After the famed cellist Octavia Melody owed Spoiled Rich a debt she couldn't pay back, Octavia's roommate, Vinyl__Scratch, discovered Mrs. Rich's cannibalistic activities through an underworld contact and offered herself to be cooked alive in exchange for Octavia's debt being erased. As a result, Vinyl__Scratch is nothing but some added fat on Spoiled Rich's assets and a pile of shit in Ponyville's sewers, never to party at another nightclub again...
