"Mistress, are you certain this is a good idea?"

Easily one of Kaninchen's stranger experiments. Kani, in an attempt to create the ultimate predatory guard animal combined arachnid and feline DNA together, using the result to fertilize one of her own eggs.

What she wound up with an intelligent, overly-affectionate, if not somewhat off-kilter, assistant. Spinnekatz, or simply "Spinn" as she likes to be called, was quite intelligent when she hatched, capable of identifying Kaninchen as her "mother", and possessing the ability to read and speak shortly after hatching. Her intellect is only matched by her thirst for knowledge--something she definately inherited from her mother--and her overwhelming feline curiosity. The latter of which gets her injured quite often, even so far as to blowing off one or more of her limbs in an explosion. Fortunately, as part of her design, her body parts can survive for some time when seperated and, should they expire, she can regenerate new ones.

Relationships within the lab:

Gretchen: She absolutely adores Gretchen, and is reluctant to harm her in any way, unless she is extremely hungry. Should she consume her, she will be the first one there when she is reformed, to cry out a tearful apology.

Dragora: Dragora, on the other hand, she tends to have some level of friction with, and the feeling is mutual. The two fight, argue, and squabble frequently, usually stopping only when one is a bulge in the other.

Chyme: Spinn seems to have a fixation with catching and consuming the fishgirl experiment. Attempts to do so, however, usually end up as comedic failures, the most embarassing of which involved her falling into Chyme's tank, and being eaten by her, something she feels she can never live down.


RAW DATA:

Spinn is 75/25 pred, Stealth- , Seduction-, and Smarts-type. She is poisonous, but the effects of her venom are quite weak; it takes several bites and stings to wear down a prey char, and most predatory chars may not even feel any effects from it. She has several spinnerettes in her abdomen, and is capable of walking on walls. Doin' the things a spider-catgirl can.

Spinn stands at about 5' tall, and is about 15' long, lying flat on the ground, from the top of her head to the tip of her abdomen, not counting her stinger. She has four arms, each hand having three fingers on them. Her eyes--all six of them--are a soft, amber color. Her red hair cascades over the three eyes on her right, and tumbles softly behind her shoulders. Her skin is slightly darker shade of pink, and the chitin of her abdomen, her hands, and her legs is black. She tends to wear a jumpsuit similar to her mother's, a half-labcoat, and a pair of large, round glasses; like her mother, she's nearsighted.

AS PRED:

Spinn is a fairly effective huntress, usually descending on her targets to sting and attempt to web them up. Failing that, she will try to seduce them eagerly--perhaps a bit too eagerly, and subdue them with her bite. Unlike spiders or cats, she is capable of swallowing her prey whole (being Kani's "daughter", this isn't a surprise), and can hold more than one thinks she should be able.




AS PREY:

She isn't strong in the least, and can easily be overpowered. If a particularly large predator consumes her, she may not be able to effectively bite or sting at them enough to give them anything more than indigestion. As with the other experiments, though, she reforms...
