small backstory (wip)-
sparks is a 19 year old anthro pikachu who has a rather strange past. he was born in a labe, more specificly in a cloning tube. he was the first ever successful subject in the "anthro" project. they had been trying for years to get a humanoid pokemon but almost all had failed exept for him. at a young age he was found to have a amount of power,great sences, and all the moves of the electric type he is based on. he was educated and taken care of like he was rich as a young child and he trained in kung-fu and found out about his electric powers. he was a skilled fighter at the age of 14 and he started using weapons and favored a 4 foot long metal staff. at age 16 he discovered his latest "power", his body is able to streach and bulge out letting things smaller and larger than himself inside of places like his stomach for example. he found this out when his stomach started acting strange and he became really hungry, he couldent help himself and before he could stop himself he had already swallowed down one of the monitors who watched him whole and alive! he loved the feeling and secretly started doing this more. he had never been to the outside world so he got curios and snuck out finding all the sights and great things the wourld had to offer! he loved it but the lab dident want him to leave so they tried to capture him but he proved to smart and got away to where he now lives in the park. the lab gave up and now he can live peacefully but he still has much to explore in nexus park.

electro ball: he puts his palms together and faces them outwards firing a large ball of static energy
thunder: he makes a lightning bold (weaker than a real one) strike a target
streachness- his body is nice ans stretchy!
alccemy: not mentioned but he is rather good at making potions and such, shrink potions are fun ^^
kung-fu: he is a trained kung-fu artist! *karate chop!!*
staff: he is best with a metal staff!
electric arc/ transmit: he can make electricaty move through items like metal, water, and other stuff easily.
