What do Arcanines typically do for a day job? If you guessed anything but "Network Administrator for a small start-up", then in Sonya's case you'd be completely wrong. No, this fluffy pup is most definitely a geek, even if she typically doesn't look the part. Get her talking about things that she enjoys, like video games, movies, tech, or whatever else and you might end up looking for a way to escape the conversation! Of course, she's not all geek, however, and can easily engage with other topics whenever necessary.

Be warned, however, that this dog does more than just bark. She bites! This girl is not afraid to speak her mind or state things bluntly. It's not that she lacks tact. Rather, it's just that she's not afraid to drop all pretenses if the other person doesn't deserve them. For example, Sonya knows that lonely men and women tend to flip their shirts at the sight of tall, attractive Arcanine like herself and is no longer phased by it all. If you try to hit on her and don't do it right then, chances are, she's going to give you a good eye roll at best or maybe nip your hand or spit fire at you at worst. Act desperate enough and she might use you for a few free drinks before dumping you for something more up her alley. Catch her right though and, well, hope you can handle her!

Concerning some of her other interests, she's quite vorishisly inclined. Sonya is a switch at heart, and while she's certainly honest and even up front about it at times, she'll definitely project a more predatory aura to those around her. After all, she's more the type to pick her predators and make them want her rather than the other way around. On the other side of the coin, she's much the same: she prefers to socially hunt prey rather than having someone coming up and asking her for it. Really, she gets asked a lot when hanging around certain haunts. So, if you wanna try that then you better be prepared to make yourself stand out from the herd.

Like her brother, Sonya possesses a rare item that she has with her at almost all times. The band on her wrist is not a bracelet and the stone is neither mega-stone nor a keystone. Rather, it is a looplet and the stone is known as an Awakening Emera. These stones function similar to megastones and allow certain species to mega-evolve if they use it. However, not only will it also trigger other power-up transformations, it also allows non-transforming species to awaken, such as Sonya, which increases their power even more. While the power increase isn't as noticeable as a mega-evolution, it's also more stable.

Sonya's emera is unique in that, unlike others, hers does not break after use. Instead, it simply requires recharge before it can be used again. Sonya's looplet has has slots for other emera, though these more often than not will still break and shatter after use. One notable one she's acquired is known as a "Reformation Emera", which lets her reform herself or a prey of hers, once per stone, after digestion or absorption. The limitations of these stones are not fully explored, so Sonya tends to use third party means over these rocks whenever they're available.
