Appearance: Atypical demon. Red skin, solidly black eyes, fanged teeth, sharp nails, and curled horns on sides of her head. She keeps her hair perfectly straight and down her back in tight, braided ponytail. She has an oft hidden tail. (Profile photo of human guise. )
Clothing Style: She always has on the cross necklace given by her deceased lover, it can occasionally be noticed scolding her. She prefers leather armor and modest attire. A preference made while with her lover.

The scene is set with such heavy cliche'. A vine-ridden setting of ruins deep into the forest near a mediocre village strife with sacrifices and horrors of the night. The heroic monk of some dime-a-dozen holy order caught in battle with the demonic wretch that has been plighting the poor folk of the village with its vile presence.

Swords are swung, blood is drain, insults are hurled. And then the cliche' ends. Everything you thought would happen, doesn't happen. The hero and the Demoness fell in love on that random, non-descript night and sparked a sad, difficult life for the two of them frought with an impossible love that both desparately long for.

A warrior monk with a vow of chastity that cannot promise to be with anyone until the afterlife having fallen in love with a nigh-immortal being that cannot enter the realm he will ascend to. It's a dismal, heart-wrenching love story and the precisely needed motivation for the demoness to reform her ambitions, goals, and general personality. No longer is there the corrupting, sinsister intentions to defile Human souls or slaughter innoences for the sheer delight of seeing glistening blood under moonlight. The 'Somber Demon' or Somber as epic tales within taverns would regale her as had devoted herself to the calling of heroics and good natured living through the inspiration of her true love, the one she could never have. The unusual sight of a creature of Hell wearing a cross into battle and standing amongst other do-gooders against the rotten citizenry of society or tainted creatures that prey on innocents became almost myth and legend overnight and continues so to today.

Long since has her dearly beloved been laid to rest under the ground, his soul ascended into the Heaven above. And yet still she perseveres, doings good and moral work in her lover's name despite the infamous nature of her very being.
