Sofia's story with Ike_Fireband
Tame Sofia
(It is because I have had no rps with pokemon characters or had one that was journeying into a world of pokemon as this is an old Character from an RP with Azeral_)
Ike, Azeral, and Railoth were captured by Team Rocket, though they were stupid they had not removed Ike's belt with Faerring in as Faerring didn't let them, so he was able to use it to get himself out. Along with the pair of Arcanines. They ran from the room looking for a way out of the base. As they did they ran into Team rocket grunts that were turned into chow by the two Arcanines. For Ike it was safe in them however against them... the opposition was not so safe.
After a few fights and several grunts and scientists vanishing down the two gullets. Ike took the pair to their home where the Team rocket members were trying ot move the orb that was of the pokemon evolution. They didn't get far as Ike and the two Arcanines put that to rest, and with their defeat Ike gained a pokemon, a Mega Charizard. The orb forced her into her mega evolution permanently.
Once home Ike calmed her down, then after getting her attention found that she wanted to mate so he mated her. And now she lives with Ike in his castle.
Sofia may be tame, but she still needs to eat. But is more likely to have a good time with you than eat you.

Wild Sofia
Sofia is a mega charizard, she just transformed into this and has been stuck in that form... likely it would be deadly for her to become normal again. So don't try to. Because of this she is resistant to capture, so even a master ball will have only a chance at catching her.
Well for those who meet her, you may have her on a good day where she doesn't care. Or on a day she is mad and will eat everything. Of course it may be that she has urges, but even if you mate her she will not spare you the next time you meet. As a wild one she is more likely to eat than know you.
Her odd transformation has her as a rough parot. So she can speak some however it will be crude (Though with my writing style I may have her talking normal to understand better. just for information.)
