Long ago there used to be a species called "The Winged", human in appearence, but oh so different...The Winged were beautiful some of
the most beutiful individuals you would ever see. Men and women of grace and elegance with enchanting voices and a kind eye many sought
after them for their looks but there was a reason for their name after all and that was their ability...to fly. The Winged had a magical
gift that allowed them to sprout wings at will and take to the skies upon their leisure. Thus in the olden days the Winged took home in
mountain peaks too high to be climbed by humans. Only way to get there was to fly. However eventually villages and castles would be
ransacked as humans started to advance...they waited and captured Winged that flew down and found ways to invade. Captured, restrained,
forced into slavery from lords and ladies that desired the legendary beings...as if having their own Angel on display. Thus those left
behind who escaped captivity and murder for their wings...deserted their homes to live amongst the humans in plain site. So long as they
didn't use their wings and bred with normal humans, they would be free, thus the Winged were thought to be extinct or just a mere legend.
Winged blood far too diluted or at least that is what one assumed. As it seems the Winged have started to make a comeback.

Skylark Cael the first Winged in a long time, directly descended and born with the marks of wings on her back, her parents knew the
legendsboth descended from the race perhaps...that was the key? It is hard to say...all Skylark knows is that she is not a normal
human. When she was little she had a friend who was bullied no one came to her friends aid but, Skylark could not stand aside, she
came to defend and was pushed down by the bully only in a fit of anger to sprout wings and scream so loud it shattered the boys ear
drums making him deaf. After that moment her parents had to move immediately fearing that people would could for their daughter and that
is when they explained the tragic history of their ancestors past. Skylark vowed to never use her wings or these new found powers again...
she started to grow an innate fear of heights telling herself flying was dangerous thinking of scenerios where all could go wrong. All
for the sake to resist temptation.

She spent her childhood on the run as people spread the news of the girl with wings that had a scream to break windows and made a young
boy deaf. But for awhile their pursuers seemed to have given up at least so she thought...a couple a man and woman...found her and came
into her home parents tied and guns pointed at their heads if she did not come with them. Her parents told her to run so...she unfurled
her wings, released a scream saving them but she did not stay with them. Skylark thus has separated herself from home despite their wishes.
She travels alone, going from place to place from job to job, escaping pursuers all the while trying to get over her fear. Her fear of
heights that she gave herself was her undoing now. Skylark just wants to feel free again...and perhaps come across others like her...as
these days she feels awfully alone.

Updates to the Character
As of recently Skylark in order to escape poachers has become the pet to Snowbear_Alexis, Skylark stormed in her flower shop to hide
and begged for help. Seeing her state of being and hearing her story Alexis told her she could repay the anthro by becoming her pet.
After explaining what being her pet would entail Skylark mulled it over and being so tired of running has agreed. Alexis has made it
very clear there shall be no attempts to Perma Skylark (player wouldn't allow it anyway). If anyone attempts they'll have to answer to
the angry Mama bear (though she doesn't want to admit Skylark is becoming more of a cub then a pet to her), Skylark is getting used
to having a mistress and though its a tad early to tell she feels it's the start of an interesting but loving bond.
