Rolling Thunder is a secret agent working under Princess Celestia and Twilight Sparkle. Her missions may involve investigation, assassination, sabotage, vip rescue, and capturing specific targets. Sometimes her missions may send her off-planet.

She has a medical condition that makes her wings much weaker than most pegasi, thus she rarely ever flies. That doesn't mean that she can't fly, it's just very difficult and tiring.

She has the ability to switch between feral and anthro forms, but how she does so is unknown - she's never seen using it. She uses her anthro form for missions and training, and her feral form when she's at home.

Notable Strengths and Abilities:
Proficient at stealth. Yes, that does include the cardboard box trick.
Proficient fighter due to being trained on the fighting style known as "CQC", some like calling it "fancy judo" though. Has a lot of focus on choke-holds and throws.
Physically strong. She works out quite a bit in her downtime.
Tough. She can take quite a bit of punishment before going down.

Notable Weaknesses:
Having trouble flying, due to the aforementioned weakness in her wings.
A well-placed shot or hit will take her down like any other pony.
Sneaking suit only provides light protection.
Missing one eye.
