"It's the quiet ones you should watch out for"
Such words were never so true as to when it comes to Timothy. Got sent to boarding school for boys at the tender age of ten. Nobody not hearing a word out of him until one day he was being pushed around and hit and kicked he totally lost his shit.. unleashing a fury of punches and kickboxing techniques backed with borderline superhuman strength. Timothy's hands glowing and leaking green ectoplasm type smoke as with the blink of an eye it would seem the whole school went dark and without power for a few minutes as everone was looking for Timothy with the aid of flashlights as it would seem anything with power going to it would be useless against him.. the power drained from the flashlights before they was even turned on.
A long hour later the power would be restored to the boarding school but little Timothy was nowhere to be seen.. his clothing in his dorm along with nothing but the bare essentials. Living off of the street for years it seems until he met someone by the name of X'ian that took him in giving him food and a roof over his head with training to help him hone his dangerous power. Four years later on his 18th birthday he received a more.. durable outfit that can withstand his awesome power. That along with a face tattoo (see top picture) to go along with his knowledge that he could level a building with a single blast.
On his 21st birthday he was given freedom to roam as he wished and given a very large amount of money to open a bank account with.. enough to where he wouldn't have to work at all. Buying a top of the line RV with barely legal tinted windows as well as modifying a dirtbike to make it street legal.. now a mystery to most people that comes across him they say that a public sighting of him is a precursor to the infamous citywide blackout.
Where will he show up next? I'll tell you at the next blackout.. hehe
