...Y'know how they say "Every rose has thorns"? Here's a rose that's guaranteed to be a thorn in everyone's side.
Every group has
that person. The person that thinks they're the best no matter what. That's what Shokubutsu basically is. A mouthy Roselia that considers herself the "top percentage" (for lack of a better term) of her species, she sees herself as the most powerful and
especially the most beautiful. ...But don't bring up shiny Roselia, Shoku considers them "gaudy".
But, despite being so smug about her everything, even seeing herself as 'perfection', there's still that little detail nagging at her, namely "evolution". She wants to evolve, she wants to become "even
more perfect". But amusingly enough... she has no idea HOW her species evolves. As a Hoenn native, she's rather unaware of the stones found in Sinnoh that induce evolution, so she eventally deduced that the only way to evolve was to increase her beauty. Hey, it works for Feebas, why not her?
...Unlike a Feebas, however, she goes about it a bit differently. Now, she'll scarf down beauty-boosting Pokemon treats like crazy, but she's also developed a taste for other Pokemon and even trainers, namely ones she deemed 'too close to her level' or 'maybe-possibly-notreally prettier than she is'.
Any aspiring trainers may wanna think twice about catching this Grass/Poison type narcissist.
