Shirly

Shirly is a teenaged Gardevoir currently enrolled in high school, with pretty bad luck. She is quite clumsy, often finding herself sprawled on the floor, her usually childish panties exposed to all around her. In addition to this, Shirly is also very easily embarrassed, causing her to blush in a way that many seem to think is cute.

Being a Pokemon, obviously, Shirly has a set of moves. However, contrary to the usual norm of Pokemon moves, Shirly's only work on herself.

Hypnosis- She goes into a trance, following the commands and orders of those around her.
Sleep Powder- Pretty self-explanatory. She puts herself to sleep.
Attract- She becomes attracted to her target.
Glare- She becomes paralyzed.
