Appearance:
Just look at the picture silly, it's pretty much exactly what I'm going for for her.


Personality:
Shimo always acts with as much respect as possible, and acts politely towards everyone. She carries herself with a great deal of grace and always seems to act properly and calmly no matter what the situation.


Abilities:
She's a Froslass, but what does that mean? It means she has Pokemon moves for one, but she also has the additional features of being able to walk above the ground slightly and having a cold aura around her at all times.

Her cold aura could use a little detail so I'll give a little description. First off how cold is it? Pretty damn cold. It will be below freezing at all times other than if she's dramatically sick, in which cases it will be warmer of course. There is one thing that will actually make her aura colder without her intention, and that's when she is embarrassed. Otherwise she has totally control of her aura, making it colder or warmer at will, again always below freezing when well. If she isn't paying attention she will occasionally begin to freeze someone to close to her by accident, which is an extremely embarrassing habit of hers.
