When one think's a suvivor a zombie apocalypse they might not think of Sherry here, nor that her father is the one who caused it in the first place. See, back when sherry was 11, her parents had been working for the well known Umbrella Pharmaceuticals or rather Umbrella's USA branch on a new project, one of many that would start the world into a spiral of chaos in the coming years. To cover hte most important parts though, the company that her father and mother were working for was actually developing a new virus called the G-Virus and when the company came to take it in the wake of an outbreak of the zombie virus, caused he father to use a sample on himself, turning himself into a monstrosity. If that wasn't bad enough, he also infected her with it though luckly before she turned she was saved by the two people who would forever be her most trusted friends, Leon S. Kenedy, a rookie police officer and Claire Redfield, a woman looking for news of her brother. having been cured the three of them escaped, but not before her mother was killed by her mutated father, shortly before he too was finally laid to rest.

It's been a long while since then, but some mark of her parents stained legacy lives on in her body. While she had been cured of the Golgatha Parasite (Also known as G-Virus) it had mutated her DNA. Now She heals much faster then a normal human, a wound that would kill someone takes seconds to heal for her as seen when part of a helicopter was embbedded into her back and upon being pulled out was quickly pulled out leaving her healed. Now in the years since the outbreak that shaped her life, she now works for the Division of Security Operations (DSO) working to stop more outbreaks and stop Umbrella from continuing their quest of dubious zombie or parasite outbreaks with their goal of 'Complete Global Saturation' or Revenge or what ever it may be this outbreak.
