Meet Shaun, a young transfer student to the University in Nexus park. He's rather reserved, usually listening to his music. He can seem selfish in his demeanor, but he's actually rather careless. He possesses a rather unique mind, and is rather intelligent - but lately he's practically dropped all of his studies, occassionally seen by the nearby park writing. He seems to have little concern for himself, and especially not for the others around him; and while his eyes may look blank sometimes, they are actually filled with countless, contradicting thoughts that end up frustrating him.. internally. Outwardly, his face could fool the best poker player.

Shaun specifically chose the Nexus university so that he could be closer to his younger sister, Sayu. He is very protective of her, but also rather distant. The two share an interesting connection despite not often seeing, or talking to each other. Although his younger sister changed her name to her mother's maiden name when her father died and they moved back to Japan, Shaun opted to keep his father's last name, out of respect.
