Koukuji_Family is ret-2-go! ...But it looks like Shantae may have screwed up a dance step.
Shantae is a young half-genie charged with protecting the fishing port of Scuttle Town. Young and somewhat naïve, Shantae's strong sense of justice nonetheless propels her into action. Her main form of offense is using her magically endowed ponytail as a crude whip. In addition, she is capable of transforming into various creatures via the use of magical dances. Having failed to protect Scuttle Town from Risky Boots, Shantae finds herself obligated to find Risky and get the stolen steam engine back. Of course, this was only the beginning of her adventures...
As previously stated, Shantae has the ability to change into various forms via bellydancing, and there's quite a number of them for her to use in different situations:
Monkey Dance: Transforms into a monkey, useful for quick escapes and extra maneuverability.
Harpy Dance: Transforms into a harpy, great for air travel.
Mermaid Dance: Transforms into a mermaid for water travel.
Spider Dance: Transforms into a spider, for climbing surfaces that the monkey cannot.
Lamia Dance: Transforms into a lamia, for when she's feeling a little...peckish.
Mega Dance: Causes her to grow to a height of 220 ft. She uses this when she's in a bad mood.
...Of course, she's perfectly capable of consuming things as is...
