Seras Victoria, a vampire girl and formerly a member of the police when she was still a human gal. She is a fanchar based on Hellsing Ultimate (the OVA, not the anime) and can be played in a Hellsing Canon or to more easily match up with other characters, in a Nexus Canon, where she picked up her old work in the law enforcement again. She was turned into a vampire by her sire Alucard, who first put a shot through her to kill a weaker vampire hiding behind her, then saved her with the transformation to this supernatural creature.

Appearance and attire:

Seras is a young woman with golden blonde hair in a flare cut and red eyes, which had a blue color as a human. When she enters in a blood craze, her eyes have a scary look to them and appear hypnotic-like with circles in them. Although being relatively short, she has a very curvy, nicely developed body featuring an ample bosom, a shapely rump, wide hips but a rather slim waist. Her face is quite pretty and overall, she looks quite beautiful as well as sexy. On first glance, she looks like every other human too, although her eyes are extraordinary of course - Seras has the typical, vampirical 'fangs' though, which would show if she opens her mouth, and become more appearant if she is about to feed, where they would pop out even more.

After becoming a vampire, she quickly replaced her original police uniform with an outfit given to her by the Hellsing organisation - a yellow/khaki militaristic uniform with a matching mini skirt, long white stockings, ankle fold brown boots, and brown gloves. Just underneath her left shoulder, on her upper arm, as well as above her left breast is a badge of the Hellsing organisation.

In one fight, she developed the ability to transform her left arm into a mass of writhing black and orange shadowy matter which can manifest in different ways, such as a whip-like set of tendrils or even resembling the shape of her normal limb, and Seras can freely choose to let her normal arm show, or the transformed version. ((Slight use of artistic liberty here))

Personality:

Seras is a strong willed woman, and apparently had always been since childhood. Seras is often considered to be somewhat of a tomboy; a very brave, strong and heroic young woman who is not afraid to question the orders of her master if they cross with her personal beliefs. Her devotion to morals and integrity is rather unusual, considering her horrid past (her family got killed as she was early, and she watched the event).

However, she is a loyal and trustworthy soldier who will diligently follow the orders of her commander, provided said commander has proven his or her worth. She can act a bit childish, naive and inexperienced at times, being playful and curious, and also likes to have fun now and then, her friendly, charming side showing when she is out of battle. Despite that, she also has a sort of worldly maturity and superficial intelligence that most other characters lack, as well as a sort of 'nature winning against nurture' mentality, as opposed to most other characters.

Seras has to consume blood at least now and then to sustain herself, even if she can still process normal food, but the girl is surprisingly hesitant to do so. She understands what she has become, but is a bit nervous about it, and doesn't want to hurt innocent people - that is, until she snaps a bit. Her vampiric side can take over and then Seras shows a bloodthirsty, vicious, uncaring and cruel side hidden deep within herself, and she acts highly predatory, sadistic and malicious, though she later regrets what she has done. Extreme danger or friends in peril can cause her to loose control, as well as sometimes the taste of blood, if she hasn't fed recently... which means that Seras fights a constant inner battle, between not wanting to give in and ingest the life juice of living beings, and knowing that it would only get worse if she doesn't sate her hunger and cravings from time to time.

While not a slut, Seras is definately up for some naughty funtime with the right one, her vampire nature not hampening that at all. The girl also knows that she has vorish abilities - and not only blood-ingesting, mind you - but normally, she holds herself back with that, only using it as last resort in a fight. Of course, her snapped side has no moral hesitations whatsoever...

Abilities and equipment:

Even before transforming to a vampire, Seras had quite a few skills. She is a capable fighter even when she is unarmed, knowing a number of grapples, throws and the sort, and she is a good shot. With her new powers, she is a force to reckon with. Her physical abilities easily exceed those of normal mortals, and her senses got sharpened. Seras can, in certain limits, regenerate her body, and is physically immortal, as she doesn't age any longer. Thanks to her sturdy physique, she is now able to operate anti-tank rifles with great skill and accurancy, although she is quite proficient with 'normal' firearms as well.

She can transform her left arm into a shadowy, energetic, ever shifting mass, which can be both useful for offense and defense, and if she is snapped, the level at which she uses this is greatly increased. The limits of this are pretty much only what she can think off, and Seras for example used it to be able to fly, by having it form wing-like structures.

Literally all of the classical, stereotypical vampiric weaknesses are wrong in her case. Sunlight is not a problem at all, garlic and crosses mean nothing to Seras, nor does crossing flowing water. On the other hand, she also lacks the powers which are often said to be inherited by vampires - transformation into bats or a cloud of smoke, for instance.
