Ser Laurence of Galeholde is nothing if not for his loyalty. His kingdom is his charge, innocent people his love, and the leader of the glorious royal lineage, his King, his only judge.
He holds no last name, only a desire to keep peace and safety, and to service whatever orders may come from his dear king.
His past is relatively unremarkable. He was a farmer's son, and therefore he didn't get much school. He wasn't that great at it either, even if it was easy and subpar to everywhere else's educational... "standards."
It was only one hard-working day in which he jumped to the rescue of a fair maiden being attacked by a bandit. By the time a knight of the king was over, Laurence had toppled the would-be brutalizer. This gained him enough favor to become a squire, after consideration... though he does write home to Mom and Dad sometimes.
