Early History

Seliah was born in a cyberpunk dystopian city. Her family was in the middle class which is not as bad as the poor, but no where near as good as the rich as the gap between rich and the middle is 10 times larger than the gap between the poor and middle. While Seliah didn't have to worry about her life on the daily when growing up, it still was not the safe santurary the rich have. People in the middle often get mugged or killed by the poor who are doing anything to get coin.

When she was 14 tragedy struck her family. Her parents her framed and got killed by tax collectors. Seliah was lucky to escape being caputred and likely sold off. Luckily by this time Seliah had bought a sword and practiced daily before this event.

Seliah survived taking jobs from the shadows for 5 years. From stealing to assassination.

Appearance
Seliah is a young adult at the age of 19. She is 5'6" tall and has green hair and hetero eyes, one eyes matched her hair and the other was red. She wears a long neck coat, black jeans and a pair of steel toe boots. She wields a sword that she bought with her own funds she saved up and it has been her lifeline to her survival.
