Seeth is a Sableye who's much more than the normal mischeivous members of her species... Here's the backstory:
Seeth was born a normal sableye; raised on gemstones, rocks, and the occasional berry. But around her teenage years, she found a line of gems leading into a cave, and, against her better judgement, followed it, chowing down on the trail like the gems were pieces of candy, soon coming up to a gardevoir sitting at the end of the trail.
She looked up at the psychic type while nibbling the last, slightly larger, gem, and murphed with her mouth full, obviously wanting to know why the other pokemon had lead her to it. The gardevoir explained "I have been watching you..." Male, if the voice was anything to go by. "I have seen you swallow large gems whole, ones the size of myself." It was true, Seeth was capable of such. She was quite a glutton, actually... But what the gardevoir said next caught her off guard just the same. "I wonder if you'd be able to do so with.... a living creature." He said.
Seeth spat out orange gem chunks. Was he serious?! He wanted her to eat him whole? She didn't have to say anything, because the gardevoir replied. "Yes, I want you to eat me. But first, finish that gem. It's important." That was fine with her, Seeth rather would've finished off the mango-flavored(At least to her) treat before attempting to eat anything else anyway... She pushed the rest of the faceted... Citrine, was it? Into her mouth, crunched on it a few more times, then swallowed the remains.
"Good. Now swallow me whole." The gardevoir requested. Seeth was indeed still hungry, but instead of complying right away, she said "What about my teeth? Aren't you scared that I'd cut you?" The gardevoir shook his head. "No. I'm ready." He said, calmly. "Ok...." Seeth picked up the psychic-type's legs, shuddered at the thought that she was going to try and eat another pokemon, and eased his feet into her mouth. As soon as she tasted the gardevoir though, she wanted more! Cramming his legs into her mouth, she swallowed hard again and again, and again! She never knew live meat could taste so good!
Even better, the gardevoir was a much softer, bendable meal; she didn't have to tip her head back to swallow him whole like that gem... She swallowed more and more until finally, the gardevior's head passed through her neck. He had gained several scrapes from her teeth, but nothing vital. Seeth's new weight was hard to manage, though, so she teetered before guiding herself to a sitting position on the cave ground.
"Wow.... I never knew...." She tried to get out more words, but couldn't yet manage. "Yeah, really satisfying, right?" The gardevoir said. "How....." The gardevoir helped her out again. "You've always had it in you. Remember that one nagging feeling in the back of your head? Y'know, that something was-" "-missing in my life...." Seeth finished for him.
"Live meat?" She asked. "Yep. Every now and then, a pokemon hatches with the craving. The craving for more than just their natural diet. I've Seen it countless times." The gardevoir replied. "How old are you?" Seeth asked. "24" Came the gardevoir's reply. "Then how could you have been around-" "No, no, no... Seen. With a capital "S". Y'know, like visions? Second sight?" He interrupted. "Oh, right." Seeth said.
"So, I guess you're going to teleport out, then?" She asked, sounding a bit upset. "Nope. Just go ahead and digest me." He said. "What? Then you're ready to-" "Nope. Remember this Citrine?" He said, grabbing a handful of digesting orange chunks of the gem as best he could, cramped as he was. "Yeah.....? Did you do something to my appetizer?!" She worried. "Guilty. But it's nothing bad. Just calm down, and when I'm gone, concentrate on what it looked like." He said, trying to get comfortable. "Um... I wasn't paying attention..." She blushed a bit. Her friends had always said it; she never paid much attention to her food before, during, or after eating it... Miss Glutton, they sometimes called her.
"No problem. I was staring at that thing for about an hour, I'll give you a mental picture." He slipped an image of the gem into her mind using his powers, and got comfortable once more. "Concentrate on that when I'm gone, and it'll do the rest." He said. "G'night." And with that, he fell asleep.
The Gardevoir digested slowly. After all, her body wasn't used to digesting meat, let alone live meat, so she was stuck in that cave for the better part of a month. After all, a Gardevoir in a Sableye was a lot of weight, so it wasn't like she could just get up and leave. Luckily, Sableye didn't need to drink water, so she just stayed in a food coma for most days, with nothing else to really do.
Finally, her stomach had gone down enough for her to get up, and when she did, she dutifully concentrated on the mental picture of that citrine. When she did, a giant version of the same gem appeared before her, spinning in mid-air. Drooling, she snatched at it... only to grasp air. Apparently, the big gem wasn't corporeal. Phooey. However, her annoyance turned to reverence as she was able to see into the translucent gemstone, inside of which was the gardevoir, fading back into existance, and spinning the opposite way as the gem. Seeth noticed that as the Gardevoir grew more solid, the Citrine grew more and more transparent. Soon enough, the gem disappeared, and the gardevoir fell to the ground, still unconscious.
Seeth looked at him in awe, before calming down enough to say "Are you ok?" She reached out a claw and touched him. The gardevoir came to and groaned. "Yeah." He started to get up. "Rough landing, but I'm fine, and more importantly, you now know what you've been missing..." He moved into a sitting position, and rubbed his side, where he likely had a bruise from the fall. "And now, it's time for us to go our separate ways." He said, standing up. "See ya later..." He said, and teleported away. Seeth then finally left the cave, now seeing the world in an entirely different light. There were so many creatures to eat!

Tl;dr (shame on you!): The sableye met a gardevoir, who gave her an enchanted Citrine that lets her reform her prey, before offering himself to her as her first living meal. She never looked back to her previous diet of purely gems (and berries); she's added live meat to the menu!
Seeth makes gem-shaped candies with a machine at her home; She bases them on actual real gems, and flavors them based on how the gems taste to her. Amethyst tastes like grapes, and Fire Opal tastes fittingly very spicy, like pure cinnamon. (or maybe jalapeños) However, she only gives these candies to friends, and doesn't eat them herself. She prefers actual gems.
The machine is in her home, which is a hidden room in a cave. It's hidden by an illusory wall; on the outside, it's flush with the rest of the cave walls, and on the inside, the entryway just looks like an alcove. (The illusion will be easily seen through by people with psychic or dark powers, though.) The ceiling of Seeth's home is inlaid with luminescent gems that cover everything in a soft blue light. She tries not to eat her "light bulbs", but
has had a couple nibbles on them...
---Her bed is simply a soft mound of dirt in the corner, and she also has a stone table (don't ask) at the side of the room. In the opposite corner that her bed is is her collection of gems for snacks. She organises them by color. She also found several cardboard boxes that she's labelled with gem names. She keeps these near the candy machine, since she has small bags of candies in these; mostly the most popular candies among her friends... and amethyst, her favorite gem flavor.
She likes to be called "Shine," thinking her real name is weird.
She has no eyelids. Instead, the glow of her eyes indicates whether they're open or closed; when her eyes are open, they glow brightly, when half open, they glow softly, and when closed, they don't glow. (Think of how light shines through a camera lens at different sizes for help visualizing it.)
Sometimes, when trying deliberately to scare someone, she'll use a creepy voice. It's just a voice, though; she only uses it to be creepy. When not trying to be creepy, her voice sounds like a disaffected teen, though a bit darker.
Due to her previous diet, her entire skeletal structure is diamond. (After all, you can only eat rocks and gems for so long before it starts to affect you...) This makes it so she can withstand a bit more punishment than the average pokémon...
She takes offense to the rumor that Sableye steal souls. It's not true... or so she says. If you mention it,
expect her to fly off the handle. She usually won't do anything too rash- besides her namesake ("Seeth"ing)- But she will
need a little manual help "getting back down to Nexus", as it were.
She has taken to removing her chest gem manually to reveal a passage down into her stomach, but doing so causes her extreme pain. (since that's only supposed to happen in a Mega Evolution, and she hasn't come into contact with even ONE Sablenite.)If she does this to consume you, don't expect to get out of it; the intense pain she goes through means that if you don't let her push you in there, she'll force you in. After a while, the hole will close up, sucking anything still stuck inside in easily, after which she'll swallow her chest gem whole, and it will emerge back where it should've been.
From a request to
Squeakyscales, she now has a pooltoy form, with an air valve at her belly, like where a navel would be. She learned to be able to suck someone in it, but can still eat people normally as well. She still has organs in this form, but if she sucks someone through the valve, they'll be between her outside and her organs, and can be absorbed into air, just like what would happen if you were sucked into one of Squeakyscales air valves. Also, in this form, she doesn't have any bones, (Relying solely on the magic and her air to keep her structure) and, if she so chooses, she can absorb prey directly into herself.
