Sex: Female.
Age: Late 40s to early 50s due to being naturally long-lived.
Species: Half human, half water dragon, dragon-dominant (appears as a blue anthro dragon).
Preference: Straight. Maybe. (player is fine either way)
Handedness: Right-handed.

Description:
Her appearance is that of an anthro dragon, close to 7 feet in height. Unlike Chaosvolt, her draconic half is dominant, instead of appearing merely like a human with a handful of draconic features. Blue scales cover her body entirely, save for the light grey membranes of her wings. In addition to wings and 4 feet of tail, she also has claws, fangs, a forked tongue, and slitted pupils within yellow irises. She also has a pair of odd webbed frills, one on each side of her head. As with a fullblood dragon of her kind, they serve as ears, the membranes picking up sounds. Unlike a fullblood though, she has a mane of dark brown hair, yet also lacks the bands of armor that run down a dragon's underbelly. She also lacks the spines, but does have a pair of horns that sweep straight back.
As for clothing, she typically wears a short-sleeved dark red tunic, backless to fit her wings. The tunic itself is long enough to serve as a skirt over plain white panties, held by a black leather belt. Her tail tend to stick out from underneath the tunic. Due to her more dragonlike feet, she tends not to wear any shoes or boots. In addition to that she can usually be found with armor as well, a cuirass with added plating for her shoulders and hips. Unlike the image, the main section and the extra plates are laminar like a lorica segmentata. The breastplate's front and back halves strap together at the sides and shoulders, the back having a portion removed to fit her wings. She wears a helm covering her draconic snout (more completely than the one in the image), with projections to protect her horns and earfrills. She also has vambraces and greaves.
Background:
Another adventurer from the same world as Chaosvolt, and also a childhood friend of his. Most of her years were spent training, learning healing and defensive magic as well as martial skill. Eventually she felt the same wanderlust that often drives dragonkin of Draconia, seeking to gain experience and see all the worlds have to offer. She's a paladin of her realm's dragon goddess Titania, trained by the local temple due to her draconic mother being a temple healer. Despite being less martially minded than her training would suggest, she chose the path of the paladin because most temple healers aren't allowed the freedom to adventure. As with many half-bloods, she feels the need to live up to her draconic half's expectations.
Personality:
Seamist is generally a kind and curious person, eager to meet new friends and learn anything she can. Her training as a healer and protector makes her inclined to help those that she can, yet often can be a bit naive about the danger some might pose. She is, however, not above harming those she sees as a threat or those that threaten someone she sees as in need of protection, but quite often she won't realize someone means to harm her or others until it is too late.
Items:
In addition to all that armor, she tends to carry a simple infantry spear with a plain spearhead, having a sling to retain it when not wielding it, as well as a cover for the speartip to keep it safe when unused. Complimenting the spear is a broad, flat round shield that with it's own sling for carrying. The shield's front is faced with metal and painted with the emblem of Draconia, 5 draconic wings in a star pattern. She also keeps coins, potions, and a few other things in a few pouches, often attached to a belt around her cuirass, or the belt on her tunic if she's unarmored. Lastly, she can be seen wearing a silver amulet, with a small sapphire in the center of it. Who gave it to her, and why? Blame Paint, but the dragongirl likely won't explain.
Spellcasting:
She is primarily trained in healing and protective magic, able to conjure barriers and ward against offensive spells. Unlike a more jack-of-all-trades warmage, a paladin like her has greater proficiency with those types of spells, yet lacks experience in attack spells. She can still use blinding light or jolts of lightning, and has shown a natural affinity for low-level water/ice magic. Assuming she were "inspired" to eat someone, her healing magic could even used to reform her prey. This describes the spells she can use at will, her "active" spell list. If given a book of more complex spells she can try them, and she has written notes on her experiments with magic outside her specialty. However, it will take time and effort to prepare such spells, less effort for spells she already is trained to make use of. Given her being a paladin of the dragon goddess of chaos and nature, plant-related and transformative spells are, in theory, doable if she has access to a spellbook containing those types of spells.
Other Abilities:
Like most dragonkin, she is somewhat stronger and more agile than a human, while having a keen sense of smell and better ability to adapt to lack of light. And like most of the beings from her world that have that enhanced sense of smell, strong scents like that of a skunk can easily leave her overwhelmed. And as expected, her wings are functional even while encumbered by armor. And she also has an elemental breath weapon, a swirling burst of frost in her case. As with most half-dragons her resistance to her elemental affinity for water/ice is lower than a fullblood, and using her breath weapon is uncomfortable. Not as painful as it is to a human-dominant dragonblood like Chaosvolt though.
