So a Samus alt... odd right? Well Here is what I have for it-

The first story is that on K2l, or whatever planet ridley found samus on. Instead of trying to kill her and burn the base, he captured her... still she had to watch the base burn and her parents die. But instead of whatever happened there. He captured her and brought the scared childe with him... He would then take and inject her and bond her with his DNA. From there She turned into what is seen now. The anthro able to turn full space dragon.

Now from this sparks two realities.
The first, She got raised by Ridley, his wiles and his evil intent, and is now a space dragon over her own pirate fleet. The mother brain using her as a weapon as the MB of the original wanted with samus of the original time line. She forgot her family and accepts Ridley as her dad, crazy as he is. She has psychotic outbreaks like he does and sometimes that means a lot of pirates end up dead, or else a colony somewhere gets razed. And as for her desires She is very insatiable and is likely to keep and overuse her living sex toys.

The second, Some time after her capture and her dna fusion with Ridley, the chozo were able to rescue her. Taking her away. But found out that they could only add more dna to her. Thus giving her an even greater boost and stablizing her mind so she didn't have psychotic break outs like the one that gave her the orginal space dragon DNA.
She was raised by the Chozo with this reality and ended up being much stronger and her armor made for her was much bigger, same for the zero suit she had now. Of course that didn't close up her desires. So meeting her can mean you are a bounty or you are in for a kinky time. But she is much nicer as this one.
