Scrag has no real name. The name "Scrag" was originally used to describe him, but the frequent useage of made it stick. Scrag is a creature infected by a symbiotic, insect-like alien. The origin of the infection is unknown, and whether Scrag could ever be cured of it is a completely different story. Physically, Scrag shows most of the traits of some sort of feline species. His body however is adorned in strange, insect-like parts. His left forearm and wrist is completely enveloped by the base of a large, sharp talon that often scrapes on the ground as he walks. Chitin plates line his crotch, chest and spine, with two spikes protruding from Scrag's collar around the sides of his neck. Another large, spiked talon protrudes from his back. This talon acts like a third arm, often used like a spider's leg, or curled around his prey to hold them. His right arm seems to be fairly uninfected, ending in a puffy hand-paw. His shins and feet are also enveloped on chitin and spikes. His tail reaches a length almost as long as his body, ending in a rounded, furry tip lined with chitin plates. Scrag's eyes constantly glow a fiery orange, but tend to glow brighter during certain situations. His tongue is a fleshy pink with a tapered tip, his teeth are sharp and fang-like, and his blood is a sickening dark greenish-purple. His voice sounds subtly demonic, sounding like several voices of different pitches speaking in unison. |
Scrag may look scrawny, but he makes up for it in his speed and charisma. He tends to stick to enclosed areas like ventilation or other thin tunnels. He prefers to hide or lure people close to him, before leading them into some sort of danger, which he is happy to watch ensue. Scrag's body also has incredible regeneration. His body can take massive amounts of punishment, even complete dismemberment, and still eventually recover completely. This regeneration is not immediate however. |
