Personality wise, Scarlett is a pretty laid back person as long as you don't insult her food or aren't a vegetarian, she was born and raised in the southern US during the wild west, and will have a bit of a country vibe to her, also as an added quirk due to her upbringing, will basically laught at/tease anyone who claims to have a royal or noble title
As for her abilities, she can change her height and appearance/form at will, even to male if she so desired, and has a feral form that's I've yet to properly decide the size of, her fire breath could probably melt a modern MBT after not too long, she can fly fast enough to keep up with most modern fighter jets, and for strength it wouldn't be hard for her to casually lift and chuck a car quite a ways
