In a land within the demonic realm of Purgatory, status is dictated by strength and strength alone, it would only be natural that Masuru Kagura's world would be filled with violence and slaughter.Orphaned as a child from bandit raids that his village was powerless to stop, Masuru was spared the bitter lonliness only because he was abducted by the same bandits that killed his mother and father. Initially, he was treated as little more than a slave, threatened to clean the bandits' base camp or die. Not longer afterwards, the chief saw the flames of hatred burning in young Masuru's eyes. Deciding to humor his primal desires to kill everyone around him in a fit of rage, he would begin to train and raise the boy as his own, constantly teasing the idea someday getting his wish. With nothing but vengeance keeping him sane, Masuru endured the brutality of living with merciless bandits up until he had reached his own adulthood.

The day that he had been waiting for the vast majority of his life had finally come. In front of all of their peers, Masuru challenged the man who raised him and claimed to be his adoptive father. The will shattering training and abuse that he had endured had sharpened his skills to a deadly warrior. Unfortunately for Masuru, his adoptive father still proved to be stronger and more experienced, able to best him just like the hundreds of sparring sessions before. When the defeated Masuru laid in the mud, seething with rage about his defeat something else started to burn inside of him alongside his purest hatred. Suddenly, his pain had dulled and unyielding crimson flames engulfed both him and his weapon, transforming the latter into a blood red pike.While this new source of strength was unknown to him, Masuru didn't care, immediately standing once again to strike down the man responsible for nurturing his anger.

The events that immediately occured after the death of his adoptive father eluded Masuru's memory but when he snapped out of his trance, everyone around him was dead and the camp burned into ashes. Rather than show remorse for his actions, he saw it as an opportunity to start a new life. With his new weapon and philosophy, Masuru Kagura intended to become a champion of justice, striking down those that he deemed to be ill natured. Masuru believed that he was to be the only evil that lives. From the day he killed the man who raised him, He wandered the three 3 worlds seeking to destroy in the name of his personal justice. After commiting to such a life for centuries, Masuru had been Dubbed "The Scarlet Prince" by those who have witnessed his acts.


How tragic that someone who Swore to destroy evil would be in turn killed by Evil. After attempting to try and best Slayer_Carmilla, She had bested him and the two comrades he travelled with, swallowing all of them for good. Doomed from the start, The Crimson Prince was a tale that will soon be forgotten.
