What's there to say about Scarlet? She came to the U.S. in her midteens as an exchange student from England. She liked being in the U.S. so she decided to stay and got her citizenship when she graduated. Soon afterwards she went to a technical college for data entry and not long at all after she graduated from the tech college she got a job working for P.I.F. (Private Investigation Firm). Now she lives in an apartment by herself working with what she has. Where does she go now? Only time will tell...
