Odd Future

Sayumi Furukawa, like most people developed what we call a 'Quirk', superhuman powers bestowed by some evolution in our D.N.A, a commonplace occurence but quite unique to each individual. In the case of Sayumi he power was indeed something rather special in that it was twofold, you see the female was able to fuse with and absorb things around her. At first this was limited to objects, however over time she would come to find she could do this with people aswell. During a school trip a friend of hers was hanging onto the edge of a bridge after the stone gave way, without hesitation Sayumi reached out to her before others could reach them, upon taking her hand Sayumi's quirk activated and absorbed her friend. The process felt strange to her young mind, rather tingly, ticklish. She would soon let her friend free, having saved her life. This is however the moment the second part of Furukawa's power revealed itself, in that moment when the teachers arrived at their side Sayumi would breathe a sigh of relief, surprised a jet of flame spat out. Nobody was hurt but this Quirk was that of her friends that she had just fused with! Sayumi would go on to study at an academy on a hero course, developing her power as she developed as a woman. When it came time to collect her Hero liscense and begin her new career she recieved many offers as her power whilst described as a Support Class was extremely versitile.



Full Quirk Description
Power Fusion comes in two parts.

Fusion)
Sayumi can absorb and fuse with objects and people around her, able to take on their qualities in a sense. She can only remain fused with something for a limited amount of time. Future development of this quirk may allow Sayumi to permenantly fuse or absorb objects and people.

Retention)
Sayumi will keep the quirk of the last person she fused with, should she then fuse with another quirk user she can utilise, or allow them to utilise both the quirk Sayumi last retained and the current perk of the fusion partner. Once the current fusion concludes Sayumi will lose access to the previously retained quirk but will have access to the newly attained quirk. Future development of this power may allow Sayumi to retain more than one quirk at a time.
