Update : I've decided she can also assume other mortal forms at will, to better disguise herself and blend in with mortals for various reasons. This also opens up plenty of new scenarios for those more interested in an elven or human meal at the time. ^^

Sapphiri is a Dragoness of the Blue Moon, with a twin sister, Rubia, a Dragoness of the Red Sun.

She is a blue dragoness of course, with an extensive mastery over frost and the sea, and a powerful understanding of the arcane. She's often at odds with her fiery sister Rubia however, over which of the two elements is better. And while she boasts that she is more beautiful than her red sister, it's often quick the tossup and a matter of personnel preference.

She is twenty-six feet tall, covered from head to toe in gleaming azure scales with light blue patterns swirling across her often gleaming body.

In her anthro form, she obviously retains some of her draconic features, in addition to the greatly toned heart-shaped rear on her rump and prodigous breasts. She rarely takes to clothing in such a form, finding mortal concerns over nudity silly and boring.
