Basic Overview
A brave natured Teddiursa "gijinka" who has a knack for judo and grapple moves, and likes staying active as a result. Born into a family of the deep country region, his father a Primeape and his mother the Ursaring, Sanjiro was something of an only child and, as a result, never had the chance to see what it was like to have other brothers and sisters to hang around. Because of this, Sanjiro saw the outside for his need to interact with others...however, along with it he opened the doors to the beginning of his legacy as a brawler. Sanjiro is what some would call...a "misunderstood delinquent", if that's even a phrase. While the Teddiursa wasn't really much of a model student and shows this in his lack of commitment in his studies and overall bored outlook on both school and his lessons, he does show he is still a good person at his heart. Sanjiro has qualities of your average gang member from one of those anime , but also seems to blend this with those of his own sensible attitude towards others. Even so, this doesn't subtract from the fact that this Teddiursa has a real talent for combat and fighting, he himself having been in a number of brawls and showing those that while he hasn't really evolved just yet, he's still a force to be reckoned with regardless of his evolutionary phase. For this reason, Sanjiro has won himself both the fear of weaker students and the distaste of others who see him for what his outer delinquent entails. Like all of his fellow Teddiursa, the cresent moon on his head will take on an eerie glow when he nears honey. He also has a liking for most foods, especially spicy foods, and can usually be seen munching on some form of snack. He's willing to share if asked, so don't worry if you ever find yourself with the munchies~
Personality
As stated before, Sanjiro is somewhat misunderstood due to his reputation as a delinquent and someone who has seen fights aplenty. On the outside, Sanjiro appears to be lazy, and often has trouble pulling himself up to snuff when it comes to working on things that concern his academics. He is also shown to be easily bored which only compliments his lax attitude towards things that don't often concern things that put him in action or motion. In fact, one could say that Sanjiro actually craves action, or rather, just doing things, in general. The only reason he appears lazy is due to him having either nothing to do or being entrapped in an area that doesn't always allow him to be active. It was this thirst for 'action' that got him into liking the concept of battle and combat and, while he doesn't actively seek it out, Sanjiro is more than willing to take on a challenge from someone if they wish to fight him, his brave nature allowing him to summon the courage to take on anyone who challenges him. Sanjiro doesn't condone bullying from others, especially if it's the strong bullying the weak. If he sees such a thing occur, he'll make it his personal vendetta to show that individual that they should 'pick on someone their own size' and make an attempt to rescue the oppressed from their tormentor. In this regard, Sanjiro usually doesn't like fighting 'weak' opponents. Sanjiro also dislikes fighting female opponents, not because he sees them as weak but because he "can't hit a girl" most likely due to his mother telling him that it's bad, or wrong, to hit a woman. However, this isn't saying he won't make exceptions, if the girl in question is pushing him to the limit, he might very well lash out to protect himself.
All in all, Sanjiro can be a strong, and dependable Teddiursa who has a sense of justice in protecting others. According to himself, he 'likes big butts and doesn't lie', and also makes strong claims that someone wise opened his eyes to this notion a very long time ago. To this day, no one is certain who this someone is. Sanjiro even has a 'booty chart' that ranks the different sizes and shapes of the female buttocks on a scale from E to EX. Sanjiro also holds alot of fondness for the "Shonen" genre of anime and/or manga, going so far as to copying their many tropes and cliches. He's been known to "call his attacks" just like in some of the anime or manga he's read.
Likes: Spicy foods, Honey, action or activity, fighting, Shonen manga/anime.
Dislikes: Bullies, "assholes", Math (especially algebra), being bored.

Latent Attributes
Quick Feet: An innate attribute that boosts Sanjiro's speed when he is inflicted with a status ailment such as burn, paralysis, poison, etc. It's actually quite similar to the nature of his evolved form's ability that heightens stats when the user is suffering from various negative effects.
Combat Abilities
Slash: A Normal type move in which the user slashes at the opponent with sharpened claws. When using this attack, Sanjiro's nails lengthen and taking a white glow. This is to strengthen his nails for the attack itself. Has a high Critical Hit ratio.
Thrash: A Normal type skill wherein the user unleashes their collective rage and goes on a violent rampage. The skill, while powerful, has one huge drawback; the user becomes confused after each use of the skill itself.
Shadow Claw: A Ghost type move that has the user slash at the opponent with sharp claws made of shadows. Has a high Critical Hit ratio.
Aerial Ace: A Flying type move that utilizes the users speed in hitting the opponent without fail. This is one of Sanjiro's speediest attacks and gains even more speed when his Quick Feet ability activates.
Close Combat: A powerful Fighting type technique inherited from Sanjiro's father. Close Combat is a attack that has Sanjiro get upclose and personal with his opponent and fights them upfront without guarding. Sanjiro might finish the Close Combat with a finishing move, like a suplex. While strong and versatile, it lowers Sanjiro's Defense and Special Defense after each use.
Seismic Toss: Another Fighting type moved inherited from Sanjiro's father. The move is often executed in the fashion of your average suplex or wrestling throw. A few of Sanjiro's favored ways of pulling this off is by grabbing the opponent and performing a "Piledriver" manuver or by grabbing the foe from behind and delivering a german suplex.
