Sally is a special dragon what is special? Well if she has a single guest then one can see that person inside her If she had several inside she looks no different than if she was seen without. She had hammerspace if needed inside her.
Sally has a habit of hoarding beings. So perhaps that is why she has hammerspace inside her... though after getting warped to the nexus all her hoard of humans inside were lost... She greived over them and soon had to learn about the Nexus and with that found that she could start a new hoard here... Perhaps find a special one to enjoy more than others... Though it also seemed to add breasts to her as well so she had more places to keep her treasures.
