Gine is the mother of Goku and Raditz as well as the wife of the Saiyan Warrior Bardock. Gine used to be a member of Bardock's squad and through their adventures, he has saved her many times. Gine is not particularly strong and is in fact a small saiyan by normal standards, however she does hold a strong Saiyan spirit and although she would lose, she would happily fight to protect her family. Though their bond grew while she was in Bardock's squad, Bardock requested that Gine change professions and due to her connection and relationship with Bardock, she agreed. Gine returned to Planet Vegeta and became a butcher which paid in her family's favorite food... meat.
Through the years, Gine had two children, Raditz and Goku. Shortly after Goku's birth, Bardock returned home to Gine and told her of his plan to place Goku in an attack ball and send him to a different planet. Gine was upset at first, but Bardock soothed her and convinced her that it was the right thing to do. Goku was sent off planet that very night and a few days later.... Planet Vegeta was no more. In most instances, Gine is killed along with most other saiyans in this event. However, in some instances scattered throughout the multiverse, Gine is actually sent off planet by Bardock, so that she may watch over Raditz and Goku who were assured to survive. Gine in this particular universe though, ended up in an odd twist of fate... her attack pod is knocked off course and plunges into a wormhole, time and space warping around her which leads her to a Nexus of time and space....





Personality
Gine had a gentle and caring personality similar to her youngest son and both her grandsons, and because of that, she was not cut out for fighting. Even more, she developed a genuine union of companionship with Bardock; a rare case for Saiyans, who normally do not develop male-female relationships except for breeding purposes.







A Few Memos

-Gine is a butcher for the saiyan race. She can cut meat really well, HOWEVER Hard vore, blood and cutting of a partner are NOT liked at ALL.
-Gine is mostly a prey type character. Unless its a full moon. Thats when she goes into her Oozaru form and becomes a predator!
-Gine is new to the Nexus and believes she has lost her family.
-Gine's tail is VERY sensitive. If you touch it, prepare to die.
-Gine's favorite food is actually chicken.
-Gine is weak for a saiyan, but rather strong for for human standards.
