Infel Teros, aka "Saiyaku", currently a member of the CVTU, or Counter Vore Tactical Unit. A group formed specifically for dealing with crimes of the vorish nature due to the extreme risk and high mortality rate of trying to take a predatory into custody, they specialize with dealing with unauthorized voring of the unwilling. They hold special powers of the law, being able to arrest and "dispose of" captured predators at their leisure since trying to hold predators in prison cells also led to a number of ingestion based fatalities. Due to the necessities of the job, all members are Predators themselves, and trained in CSC (Cramped Stomach Combat) so that even if they're eaten, they have a chance to escape a stomach.
Infel herself is a rather unique member, in being that despite being part of the CVTU, she is still a quite active Pred. Not unwilling prey, mind, but she has no qualms of eating, and digesting, willing prey and frequently eats lovers, seducing them into becoming a willing meal for her. Granted, she does indeed know when to call it quits, and despite her playful demeanor, is not actively sadistic. However, when capturing a Predator, the odds are she is likely going to eat them a bit more forcefully, and digestion is all but assured.
She regularly trains, keeping herself quite fit and in peak physical condition, her soft curves hiding the taut muscle underneath the fat that she acquires from her prey, preventing her from having a slim, muscular body sheerly through the amount of calories she intakes due to her frequent feedings. Aside from the aforementioned CSC which she is adept at, she also brings a pair of special tonfa into any fights she gets into. Folding up into two small black boxes for ease of carry, they unfold into long, metal tonfa with an internal generator to send electrical currents to incapacitate Preds.
As well, she has a single special ability. When focusing intently, she can sway luck and possesses a resistance to supernatural powers, though luck has a way of balancing out so the more luck she uses for herself tends to come back to effect other things around her, hence her nickname "Calamity" for times when she uses a bit too much luck.

History
Infel had always known that she was a predator, even as a child she knew she was different, and the other kids were not like her...they were food. She had tried a couple times to eat them, but had been stopped by teachers, parents, or the like, and eventually she was able to control herself enough that she wouldn't constantly try to eat the other children about. As she progressed through elementary school, she had even become friends with some of the kids, an odd thought at first since they were sustenance for her, but she grew accustomed to it, and enjoyed having people for friends who in different circumstances, could be but a meal for her.
However, as she entered into middle school and the social hierarchy changed, things became a bit more complicated. The disparity between Preds and Preys started to grow more, those with vorish capabilities and tendencies tended to stick with one another since the Preds really began to have the appetite and capability to really swallow others now and the social climate didn't entirely discourage it (Well, those on the more predatory side anyway).
This left Infel in a bit of a dillema...on one hand, she could go down her more predatory route as she had always wanted to previously, becoming a true blue predator, using people for food and fun. On the other, she had rather come to enjoy being with her friends, and those like them...they were not predatory as she was, something one could tell at a glance usually, but it was because of that that they were so fun to be around, they felt ephemeral.
Her choice however was made up when she had experienced her first voring. She had been walking with a friend and chatting when a group of older years stopped her and her friend. Ignoring Infel, who they knew was predatory as well, they started harassing her friend, calling her meat, and pushing her about. When Infel tried to intervene, she was quickly and swiftly kicked aside, lacking the strength to stand up to a group of older, stronger predators as her friend was stripped, then swallowed.
She watched as someone she knew, a friend, went from someone she was talking to and enjoying being with, to nothing more than meat, digesting away into another girls breasts and hips. She felt sad, she felt angry, she felt...jealous, and aroused, later leading up to her first time fingering herself and her first climax, followed by her resolution. A resolution that she didn't want any more of those ephemeral friends of hers disappearing as her friend just did...unless they were giving themselves willingly. Eventually, she surpassed even that, becoming strong enough to match older kids, until by the time she entered high school, she could match up against the seniors, albeit her rough nature naturally led to plenty of disputes with the faculty.
She became rather well known for her extreme prowess, but also at how much fights just seemed to go in her favor. An almost supernatural bending towards her way, as when the chips were down and things looked grim, things would taken a sudden reversal in her favor. She became quickly despised by the predators of the school, and loved by the preyish sort, taking on a variety of lovers through the school years, including a number who willingly fed themselves to her, helping her also get a reputation as one of the bustiest girls in school as well.
Eventually, however, school came to an end. She left a legacy in the school kids of having one of the lowest devour rates in school history, as well as a rather saucy scandal where she had even prevented a teacher from snacking upon one of his students. Free to seek out work, she naturally went to where she could continue with what she had already been doing anyhow, training for then joining first the police where she distinguished herself, then being recruited into the CVTU.
In the CVTU, she learned how to even further her anti-predatory fighting, putting her talents to good use. She also had her first experience being devoured, being swallowed alive into every orifice one can think of in order to be familiar with, and how to escape from them. She has continued to take frequent partners, and seduce them into her, while remaining a rather mellow sort, despite her predatory nature.
