History
Meet Ryukai Mori the last man on earth that you would want to meet. He is a ruthless bounty hunter that will stop at nothing to get his mark. He is always trying to make a quick buck and will often freelance to get some of the harder to find subjects. He is a master hand to hand fight that is also very skilled with blades of all types. Yet his favorite of all weapons is his gloves that contain fiber wire that extends and can be used to snare his targets. He is also very cocky and thinks that not much can stop him. Which has lead him into biting off a little more than he could take and ending up captured. Though he does have a background of a thief and can escape most restraints with ease. He is not always the good guy though. Many cities around the world have a warrant of his arrest. He has a slight skewed version of right and wrong so he tends to end up being on the wrong side of the law quite a lot. He normally just a casual passerby until the right person calls upon him then beware he is one dangerous person.
