Rylie was always like this, before anyone asks....at least as long as she can remember she was, living her life as a cute little slime-girl. She never knew her parents, and she seems to identify with this age very much so, even going as far to make herself grow older as the years go past, but even she doesn't know her real age.
Sure, its a confusing life...what life isnt confusing? So she doesnt worry about it, simply looking for her next meal, or someone to have a little fun with!
Physiology: Rylie is fairly simple to explain in a physiological sense. Scientifically, she's referred to as a "Sentient Non-Newtonian Liquid-based Lifeforms."An inexpensive, non-toxic example of a non-Newtonian fluid is custard. The sudden application of force — for example by stabbing the surface with a finger, or rapidly inverting the container holding it — leads to the fluid behaving like a solid rather than a liquid. This is the "shear thickening" property of this non-Newtonian fluid. More gentle treatment, such as slowly inserting a spoon, will leave it in its liquid state. Trying to jerk the spoon back out again, however, will trigger the return of the temporary solid state. A person moving quickly and applying sufficient force with their feet can literally walk across such a liquid.
With this in mind, you will notice many things about her: Firstly: when you simply run your finger along her body, the f you will notice is that she isn't cold, on the contrary she's quite warm most of the time, this mostly due to the fact she is a living being with a substance similar to blood flowing through her body, though it, like her acidic enzimes, is invisible. The second thing you will notice is the fact her body does have tension, you wont pierce into her body with a simple touch, it takes some pressure before you do so (ill advised to do near her stomach, unless you want to be absorbed). Once you press in though, you'll feel as though your hand was in a thin, sillicon-like mass, that will still run along your hands like water, but the moment you pull your hand out, it fills the hole as though you werent there, with nothing but a small film of water on their hands.
Rylie has full motional control of her body at all times, and she can feel when anything touches her at any spot in her body EXCEPT for her 'hair'.
Since your going to ask, yes Rylie can ingest people...thats explained further down.
Saltwater or mineral-enriched (hard) has the odd ability to change the color of rylie's body, the presance of hard water will change her to a dark green, though that really doesnt cause any problems.
Salt water, on the other hand, causes parts of her body to completely inert. Salt in water is fine, but anything with the salt index at or above oceanic levels will cause her to be unable to manipulate that spot, she preferring to just lose it, except for her hair, she deliberately salts 'hair' to give her a fashionable look.

Personality: Carefree and happy is the best way to describe her. She is content with the way she is, as the perks of her life FAR outweight the downfalls. She loves many things, conversation being one of them. Contact is another, though she prefers that people simply touch her, and not touch 'inside' her, unless they have permission from her.
She is, has, and always will identify herself as female...most slime-creatures with sentience tend to, something ingrained in their minds, though one look at the human female form caused Rylie to take its shape, seeming to believe that it is definitely the most beautiful and most feminine form she could think of. Granted, she can take the shape of anything else she likes (See below).
Rylie does enjoy sex, for the record, and her body reacts to stimulation wonderfully, though stimulation isn't centered on one part of her body, so she technically doesn't have any 'sensitive areas' unless you actually ask her to make a part of her body more sensitive then the rest.

Powers: Transformation: Yep....she can pretty much take any shape you could imagine, though she's always some shade of blue with purple mixed in.
Size shifting (AKA H20-mass transformation): Though it takes a little bit of focus, She can change how big she is, and stretch her body out over huge sizes, though if she needs to get real large, she'll need a water source, she able to take water and convert it into the very mass of her body. Water is also one of the things necessary for her to live, so dont be surprised if you see her near a lake.
Absorption: Well...She's a water-based slime girl, she really only needs water to survive, but that doesn't mean she cant eat you...or more like absorb you, she will absorb someone in her and either keep them inside to make her bigger for a while, or she'll expel them out, making them a slime-being for some time....eventually they change back, eventually....though she needs forms of protean to survive, whether its given to her by a perverse friend, or simply grasped from the plants around her. She can even eat normal foods, as long as they make it to a small pouch of enzymes in her body, she purposefully keeps at her 'stomach', furthering the appearance of being human.
For the record, don't push your hand in her stomach.....it'll be eaten away in seconds, and there is no such thing as waste when it comes to that part of her body.
