Rumiko proved to be a special child ever since the day she was born; but there is more to this lovely lady than the fact that she was originally thought to be a boy when she was delivered. Rumiko has the strange ability to control her hair, almost as if it were a living entity. She can use it for all kinds of things, grabbing, lifting, almost as if it were an extension of her own body. The most common form it takes is that of hands, to help her multitask and do all manner of fun and imaginative things.

In her second year of high school, Rumiko makes as much use of her special talents as possible. The uses can vary, anywhere from using it to tie up prey for her to devour to just using it as a makeshift bra to support her pretty hefty breasts. The second-year loves her hair even if it's mostly tied into two-extremely long ponytails that trail behind her. It's her way of looking pretty and ensuring others that she's mostly harmless normally.

One thing that Rumiko enjoys is designing costumes and accessories for herself and others. Some might call her a cosplaying nerd, because she totally does if given the chance, but some of her designs are 'adult' themed in nature. For example, she has made some testicle bras for herself as well as stocking and garter sets for her penis. Maybe this hints at a future in creating her own brand, whether it be for clothing or accessories.
