Ruban_Glacier

(Read before you judge.)

Ruben Glacier, a name chosen and given to this boy when he was first created.
His father's name was Aizen, and was one of the elemental dragons of Nexus. Like other elementals, Aizen could control one element, ice
And left alone, atop Nexus Heights, Aizen was alone. No human would ever dare travel to the top, not when the temperature reached below zero.

That's what Aizen thought at least, until one women managed to stumble up. A witch by the name of Lily. Around her mid twenties, she had been cast out by her own family and friends, in fear of her power.
Alone, abandoned, Lily was found at near death, turning blue from hypothermia. Aizen found her in the snow, and nursed her back to health. Its unclear as to how, and was never explained to Ruben.
But the two formed a bond. A witch and a dragon, two races looked down upon by those who never tried to listen, or even try to understand.

They grew close together, and after using magic to turn Aizen into a anthromorph, they became a couple.
Food and water were limited though, and despite Aizen doing his best to keep Lily alive, she was growing weak from fatigue and starvation.
Aizen wanted someone to be with him. Lily wanted a legacy. So using the last of her magic and strength, she cast a forbidden spell.
Flesh was molded, fallen scales and hair strands became DNA and cells. Ruben was crafted before the twos eyes. A young boy, half witch, half dragon.
The spell did come with a cost. The users life. Lily gave her last breath naming him, Ruben Glacier.

This was the prequel to his story. Ruben was taken care of by his father. And he had an interesting way of staying alive.
Ruben could eat ice, and live off of it as if it were normal food.
The boy was small, and frail, yet showed quite the potential. He looks as he does above, his horns and tail made of Blue Ice, the strongest frozen substance in the world.
His breath was as dangerous as liquid nitrogen, able to freak anything in an instant.
Soft white hair, like the mane of his father. Red velvet eyes like his mother. He was the perfect mix of the two.

Ruben was taught how to hunt, how to read and write, to use magic from a book left behind by his mom, how to survive.
Though his knowledge of magic is basic, some can come in handy. Provided he does it right.
All of this was taught before his father passed away. An old dragon who left the world a week after he turned 754.
Ruben at this time was about 126. He can live as long as dragons, and keeps his young complexion like a witch.
While most confused him as a young boy, which he mostly is, he is considered legal under human laws. It just takes him a bit longer to mature.

But shortly after Aizen passed, Ruben left his home, as per his father's request, and tried to live like a human.
Ruben isnt used to the human world, and is used to harsh climates and animals.
He doesnt like covering clothes, preferring loose and light. He doesnt like buildings, too used to wide open spaces.
Cooked food is weird to him, mostly prefers to hunt things outside. And eat them whole.
Aizen often did this, being a dragon and all. So Ruben trained himself to be able to devour beings whole. He once ate an entire bear.

But besides this, Ruben is a very shy boy. He has trouble in large crowds, and isnt good at making friends.
Though when he does, the dragon boy is extremely cuddly! Hugs are his favorite, especially with girls! More on that when you get to know him.
Ruben is more feminine then he is masculine, and is often picked on for it by other kids. This is one of the few things to trigger his hunger.
Picking on him, others, being mean and cruel, or when hes in the mood too/when hes starving will he resort to eating other people. Mostly sticking to animals and ice.
Though this can change depending on the scene.
He is 126 years old, stand a at 4'9 and weights about 70 pounds. Those eaten by him will get quite the surprise too.
