She's got plenty of other talents as well, and has used them in an incredibly pragmatic matter. The mistress of thievery has all the room she would ever need to keep her loot right where her curves are, and then some.
Rumor has it that the loot she has kept in her chest specifically has made it so that her breastplate is more than just a fashion statement or a formality...it's also a restraint for her girls. A restraint that also houses an impossible amount of room for storage on its own, perhaps that's how it works in the first place.
