Regina goes to an all girls school, a private one in a well to do neighborhood. Her parents aren't overly wealthy but if she wants for something she can probly twirl herself around her dad's finger in a couple weeks to get it.

She puts a lot of time and effort into looking pretty and holds beauty as a high value in her shallow life. She is young and sheltered and a lot of the time close minded. She abhors most fetishes regarding them as dirty and weird (( Player is not this way but loves to RP Regina in anguish over things being forced upon her )).
