| Born in a normal society, this fiery red head was destined to eventually become the queen of Hildaria, but thieves in the night broke into the home and ran off with the defenseless child. Their escape wasn't clean enough though. With a legion of knights on their tail, they ran into the nearby woods. In the heat of the situation, Riviera along with the sac that held her snapped from one of the thief's back and tumbled into the brush. Unnoticed, the fight waged and the kidnappers were brought back dead or to hang, but Riviera was never found. Like most babies do, eventually she began to cry, attracting the wildlife of the jungle both good and bad. A jaguar made it to the child first and grabbed the satchel before taking off. The continuation of the baby's crying didn't help the hungry beasts urge for secrecy and the next animal to come upon scene was a group of apes. Knowing that she was out numbered, the Jaguar dropped it quarrel and deserted. Now in the hands of apes, they took her as their own and she survived as one of them until she was old enough to begin to reason for herself. Knowing she was not like the rest of her creatures she wandered off on her own in search for anyone who looked like her. A few years of living on her own, she finally came upon a small encampment of light, bare-skinned creatures must like herself. Overflowing with excitement and not thinking, she charged toward them screaming and hollering. The group in surprise seized her and tied her up thinking she was a spy from an enemy encampment. Not knowing she was their lost princess, they beat and tortured her, trying to get anything they could from her, but having never learned to speak, she couldn't respond to anything. Realizing the torture would be useless, they shipped her back to the kingdom and forced her to learn their ways, but she never felt like she belonged. Finally, she deserted her birthplace and returned to the jungle in which she was raised. Since then, she has fully embraced her wilder side, becoming one with her jungle and following the ways of the animals she shared the area with. Along her travels, she encountered a small group of dragons hidden away deep in the forest. Her interest spiked, she lingered by for a while to try a snag a youngling to raise as her own. The opportunity never came, but tragedy struck as strangely, the beast began to attack and eat each other. Thinking her chance was gone, she walked through the remaining rubble to see what she could find. Luckily, she stumbled upon a small dragon. It was near death, but under her care, she returned it to good health and raised it. Now, she rides the dragon Xethos anywhere she needs and he's proven himself a faithful companion, protector, as well as a friend.
