The Scourge of the Schoolyard, Rina Tatsumoki!
Some bullies are content with verbal taunts and jeers, others prefer a more hands on approach with shoves and slaps and so on. Rina takes things one step further.
Her father, scientist for a top secret government facility, often brings home his prototypes to continue his research at home. One such device was a matter reducing beam. Commonly referred to as a shrink ray. For Rina, this signalled the day when her reign of terror could truly begin.
She started off small, shaving a few inches off the tall, yet shy girls that she loved to torment until she was a head taller than them. It was fun and she DID enjoy it, but... there was so much more she could do.
Within mere days, a good portion of the school's student body had learned to fear Rina, and rightly so. The power mad schoolgirl was bully incarnate. With a mere squeeze of her trigger, she could bring even the biggest foe down to size.
From there? There were tonnes of things she could do. Micro people, she found, are the best at rubbing her tired feet, kissing her socked toes and licking the insole of her penny loafers. The best part was that not one of them could resist her. Those that stood up were treated to a view of the back of her throat and a one way trip down her throat.
Or perhaps they'd be inserted into the back of her underwear and sat on, smothering them in olive flesh until they popped beneath her weight.
They say standing up to bullies makes them back down.
