Also, I just want to say a couple things OOC real quick. If you do see me online feel free to poke and chat, ask questions, etc etc, admittedly I am very busy irl most of the time so you may not get a scene with me immediately. I ask you to be paitent and know if I agree to do a scene with you (please don't just assume) I WILL get to you as soon as I can.
Please take the time to read the sliders as well, you'll be able to -hopefully- tell pretty quickly if a scene will be likely or not.
Lastly, do not ever try to guilt trip me into doing anything. Don't be an asshole either. I'm here for a good time as are you, being rude will get you nowhere with me real quick. Accept that if I say No to something, I mean no. End of story.

Well for starters, he is partner and best friend of the True Dragon Veldora Tempest, in fact Rimuru was the one who gave him the last name! Founder and King of the Jura Tempest Federation, a place that's home to many different types of monsters where everyone lives and works together, a nation of monsters if you will. Rimuru lives in the Capital city of the Jura Tempest Federation, named Rimuru City... Don't ask why it's named after him. Oh, Rimuru is also one of the eight Demon Lords of the Octagram, making him a very dangerous S Rank monster... Still cute though!

Ahem.
Despite this, Rimuru has a kind heart and a quirky personality. Admittedly he is quite laid back and wants to avoid troublesome situations as much as possible, but he actually works very diligently when there is a task needed to be taken care of. He unfortunately has a hard time rejecting someone if they plead for help, leading in him often ending up with more work than he can handle sometimes... Thankfully though, he has plenty of friends/allies who can lessen that burden.
Remember how I said he's one of the Demon Lords? Yeah that's not just for show. Rimuru can... let's say flip a switch and react very severely when there's a danger to those close to him. The complete opposite of his usual cheerful self! Depending on the severity of the situation, he can become "the one creature in the world that should not be riled", as his subordinate Hakuro stated. Buuuuut as long as you don't get on his bad side there's nothing to worry about!
(He also has a perverted side when seeing girls with big boobs.)

Moving on, Rimuru being a slime has many... many... abilities... Too many to state here so I won't bore you with all the details, but just to mention a few important ones! We have:
⬤ Beelzebuth: Rimuru absorbs the target into the body. The affected targets include, but isn't limited to: organic matter, inorganic matter, skills, and magic. Anything absorbed is stored in his stomach, which has no time limit! He could hold someone/something in there indefinitely. He's even able to completely replicate the appearance, skills and abilities of those he's eaten, however this can only be done after analysing them and obtaining the information needed first. Any and all materials harmful or unnecessary for analysis can also be stored. They will be used to replace magic energy if for any reason he starts running low. And yes, he can digest/dissolve anything in there should he want to.
⬤ Infinite Regeneration: Well, this is pretty self-explanatory. He can withstand a lot and regenerate from it all as if it was nothing.
⬤ Pain Nullification: Yep, you guessed it, a skill that grants immunity to physical pain. Even if you were to take a chunk off him, he wouldn't feel pain. He even has magic resistance too, go figure.
And that's just a couple of them. He has much, much more in his arsenal of abilities, but again, so long as you don't get on his bad side, you won't have to worry about all of them.
Before I forget though!
Rimuru is able to grant a name to unnamed monsters. By gaining a Name, the monster obtains a higher status, becomes much stronger than before, even evolving at times! Not many will really get a name from him as it invokes a master/servant contract for the most part. He's not here for that, he's here to make friends and have fun.

"I was just out in the forest minding my own business when I found a strange portal on the side of a rock. I thought it was weird so I stepped through to make sure it wasn't anything dangerous, and voila! Here I am! I can go back to my world whenever so I don't mind hanging around."

"It's... different. I guess it's just the way this world is, and given what I can do I'll probably fit right in!"
