Riley very much fits into the social butterfly trope. They work part time at a coffee kiosk on the university campus called Molten Java and thus ends up either meeting or seeing just about everyone on campus over the course of their week. They always know the good gossip about whats going on around campus but the only stuff they share is relatively mundane stuff, everyone knows if you share something personal or important with Riley then their lips are sealed. This stems from the fact that they are studying psychology at university and use the kiosk gig as a means of meeting new people, seeing new perspectives and improve their ability to give out advice.
