Richard is a modern day wizard living in Seattle. He earns a modest income from his writing, tarot card readings, and selling rare books. A bookworm, with a mischievous sense of humor, he is generally a good guy at heart. Despite his laziness, Richard will go out of his way to help others. He's tall and thin, with black hair and bright silvery eyes.
For the most part Richard's use of magic will be fairly mundane unless other-wise discussed.
Setting: Urban Fantasy, few people will be aware of supernatural forces at work. Magic is viewed as an eccentric spirituality, people are highly cynical of it's existence and it's ability to shape reality. Those who are in the know, do so in private, and have their own subculture. Those in the know believe in the things of myth and folklore. Werewolves, vampires, cultists, demons, angels, the list goes on, could be more than just things of superstition.
