Bio: Richard like his brother was a assassin and still is an assassin. But he is a hidden blade for hire and belongs to no true organization. Like his brother he had made a name for himself..but to utter that name means bad luck. But unlike stanly who left due to his Soul wielder powers. Richard flourished with out his brother's shadow looming over him using the demon in his left arm to reak havoc. Some time after his brother's vanishing act and order of assassin's approached Richard and hired his services to either kill stanly, capture him alive powers intact or just with the source of his powers intact and stan still dead. So thus the reason why this wielder is in the park.
Abilities: Richard's arm has the power to create and manipulate any form of fire. The arm also grants richard's left arm massive amounts of strength along the the ability to either boil or blast apart what ever it hits. To keep others from sensing the demonic nature of his arm Richard constantly keeps his arm wrapped in wrappings with sealing archaic runes, when they are released the wraps are burned to ashes so he must constantly have a stash to replace them. A side effect of this sealing is it takes his arm thrity minutes to reach full power.
Swordsmanship: Believe it or not Richard is a better blade wielder than his older brother, who had to try his damnedest to master the sword. while with rich it came naturally to him, and too this day he out classes stanly with a sword.
