Background

Dragons alone are quite rare it would seem, but Rhavir is farther from your average dragon even when one is able to learn about him. Little known to those who arent close friends, Rhavir is more than just a single dragon living in the city. He'll openly say he's a bounty hunter since often times said profession draws the idea of an individual hunting down another for profit, but it's not quite that simple as a matter of fact. In reality, Rhavir is what is known as a stalker, an individual who hunts paranormal and superhuman dangers that would otherwise run unchecked and unopposed.
If one were to follow Rhavir out into his field of work, they would find anything but tracking down normal people. Indeed, one may just find things stretching from the normal to the paranormal within a few short seconds. See, Rhavir is a bounty hunter, but he hunts for things far grander than your average drug lord or political refugee. Demons, angels, nephilim, hellspawn, vampires, werewolves, and so much more to name if the price is right. The young dragon often finds himself in pursuit of quite dangerous targets, and knowing the terrible capabilities of said targets would make anyone question his sanity. However, even for a dragon Rhavir is unique among his scaled brethren.

His bloodline is rather odd to say the least, but powerful nonetheless. It is unknown even to him how it came to be, but for many generations his bloodline has been branded with ancient runes of power that are unique to each whom receive them. Knowing such things may make one think that the Brekhius line is gifted with god-like powers, but such powers comes at a price. Only one child may be born under the Brekhius bloodline, and both mother and father are then rendered infertile. The child is gifted with great strength and power, but at the age of adulthood that gift is to be eternally tested. When the child reaches 18, they will be constantly drawn to combat until they have an heir. Then, the power is passed onto the next soul, and the bloodline goes on.

Rhavir knows this, and through the years has decided to make his curse a lucrative curse at that. He embraces the draw to combat, placing his name under that of a paranormal bounty hunter. If you come to him with needs to eliminate a mortal being, he will probably kick you out the nearest door, but if you need a hellspawn slain or werewolf taken care of he's your man to go to.


Traits

Runes of Power: Gifted with these from birth, Rhavir has the ability to summon ancient and powerful runes that glow along his right arm when drawn from. They glow white when in use, but are otherwise invisible to the naked eye. Often times, the dragon uses these to bolster his own abilities to best handle a situation depending on what's needed.

Dragon's Strength: Being a dragon has its perks, one being his incredible strength. When he's in his feral form he has the full strength of the proud dragons. When he's in his anthro form he isnt as strong but can still easily overpower any who step before him.

Dragon Talons: Often times Rhavir finds himself close and personal with another and that's where his extremely sharp talons that can shred light armor such as leather and clothing as well as being able to shred enemies to bloody bits.

Acute Vision: Rhavir's eyesight is unsurpassed when it comes to seeing in perfect detail as well as allowing him to see in low light situations easily.

Burning flame: As is expected with being a dragon Rhavir can breath a black flame that is so scorchingly hot it can melt some basic metals with enough exposure.


Equipment

Combat Knife: A highly hardened steel blade sharpened to a deadly point and enchanted with ancient runes making its edge never dull. Quite effective when getting in a tussle with demons and such.

Modified M1911 .45 pistol: A modified military grade pistol that fires a highly effective .45 round. Rhavir has given the pistol higher quality parts that allow him to fire his own, special grade .45 ammunition along with a larger clip allowing 12 bullets per clip. His unique ammunition is mixed with silver as well as having cleansing runes along each round. Instead of etching them in one by one, he simply imbues his power into the gun which does so when fired.

12 g sawed off shotgun Rhavir's baby and closest to his heart. He's taken a break open style shotgun and sawed off the barrels. He uses both buckshot and solid slug shells so he's not that hampered by range, to a degree. Again, his runic powers imbue the shells with power as to better wound supernatural beings.
