Male Salandit's know their place in the pokemon world, they serve their harem mistress, they beg and pleasure to work for their food, mere scraps tossed aside by the Salazzle who own them, as such Salandit male's are considered to be weak, they cannot evolve...they must not evolve...

For you see the evolution of a Male Salandit brings about a rather devilish creature, here the story of Rhalax begins, born into a harem as a 5th generation child, his fathers before him serving their queen. Though this particular Salazzle was a cruel mistress, those who slacked in their work or did not please her well enough were consumed by her, this was the fate of his own father, guzzled down for sneaking food out from the larder for his malnourished child.
Rha learned to fear his mistress that day, but at the same time something was born inside of him, a lotahing hatred, the burning desire to exact revenge, he considered running away at first, but she knew her children's scent and he wouldn't last a day. So he bided his time, became her most loyal son, dilligently going about his work, learning new ways to please his mother.
Then on one fateful night he hatched his scheme, he stole food from the larder and framed several of his brothers, each one was devoured, mother's favourite by her side as she gorged herself, one after the other, urged on by Rha, spurred into a feeding frenzy, soon Rhalax was looking over a most bloated Salazzle, he used the moment, pulling strong vines from the nearby foliage, tying her up quickly.

How she snarled and spit, vicious curses at her child, he didn't care for her words, he only cared about his revenge, the small Salandit began his most arduous task, consuming his mother. The boy had conditioned his body as best he could, often watching to local gulpin stretch and swallow things whole, as a poison type himself Rha managed to find a way to melt his body to warp it's size, his jaws splitting open up to become an unatural maw, swallow after swallow he took her in, her tail slurped down, thrashing to get free but to no avail. She and the rest of the tribe were now in Rha's belly, there he lay, musing to himself as he digested them, absorbing their forms, their powers, this would be the night a demon was born...

Rhalax awoke to an aching body, clutching his still slightly bloated belly in pain he writhed, his scales burning with heat, his heart pounding in his chest, soon the lad couldn't take it, he let out a hideous cry of agony as he was engulfed in black and purple flames, his body burning away, the ashes reforming, growing, a figure began to rise, tall in stature, muscular and simply overflowing with power. An ear-shattering roar echoed through the night sky, the flames exploding around this new being, Rhalax had evolved.

Now this new pokemon powerhouse seeks what all those who get a taste of power want, more!







Rhalax as mentioned is a very powerful pokemon, one of the first to gain a third typing of dark due to the nature of his evolution, both physically mighty and bolstering a hefty amount of special energy the male Salazzle is as likely to take you down with a 'Fire Punch' or 'Gunk Shot' as he is to burn and melt you away with 'Flamethrower' or 'Sludge Bomb'. Along with the fire and poison moves Rhalax can manipulate the darkness and shadows around him, casting a devious 'Dark Pulse' or a terrifying 'Crunch'.

He's got something of a confident attitude, very sure of himself and his might, he tends to talk as though nobody could take him on, with a rather carefree attitude that can turn sinister in a moments notice. That's not to say he can't be sweet or tender, to those who ally themselves with him he can be an invaluable friend or passionate lover, though he is something of a lady killer, literally considering he enjoys devouring them greatly.
