Reisen is a fugitive from the moon, which is being invaded by Earth. Her red eyes give her far greater power over insanity than Earth rabbits. Tewi's friend.
She is currently living as Kaguya's pet. Her name was originally written レイセン (pronounced Reisen), but it was changed to 鈴仙 (also pronounced Reisen) to better blend into Earth's civilization.
She's well over 40, but doesn't look a day over 19: moon rabbits are rather long-lived compared to humans. She stands about 5'7", with a slim build.
