Regailia is a demi Lunala, a legendary pokemon related to the moon. Very little is currently known about Lunala so far, aside from the fact it's a Psychic/Ghost type and its signature move is Moongeist Beam.
Regailia herself however, is a rather narcissistic, arrogant brat who loves nothing more than to show off how amazing she is to lesser creatures and torment those who can match her power. While not exactly evil, she does get a lot of satisfaction out of lording over others, using her immense size and considerable power to do whatever she pleases. While she would be more than capable of destroying most people with ease, she finds much more enjoyment in simply tormenting them over long periods of time, opting to be more of a constant nuisance than an active threat. Though she does quickly get bored with creatures that clearly have no chance of standing up to her, at which point she has... methods of dealing with them.
There's like no information on Lunala yet so I really can't think of that much to write yet. More will probably come later when more information is leaked. For now, here's a moveset I THINK she might be able to have.
