Is a Kirlia that never really decided to evolve onward. She isn't exceptionally powerful or smart, or anything, just a common psychic pokémon. Except of course that she can shapeshift.
She can't shapeshift into anything too extreme, and if she stays too long she passes out.... but she still can turn into other stuff, and she's still practicing to perfect this art.
But of course, in Eka's, that's hardly important. Only a few things are important in a place like this.... Rats likes sex and loves to digest people. But of course, with her limited statue, she can't beat prey fairly.... so she'll often shapeshift or trick them into being food. Still, with her small size.... it isn't that unlikely she'll melt away inside someone.
